Smoking, Caffeine, Alcohol, & Stress

ulcers are caused by a bacteria called Helicobacter pylori. It is treated with a combination antibiotics and antacids or proton pump inhibitors. the antibiotic is necessary for full resolution. see your doctor. it may not be an ulcer.
