Don't pop it, it will just come back to haunt you and probably with a few friends. Dab at it with a q-tip and some rubbing alcohol when you're watching tv or something and that will probably dry it out or make it come to a head, then you can put toothpaste or clean and clear cream on it or something. When it comes to a head, you could also keep pressing HOT, wet cottonballs to it, so it will open on it's own, but it usually comes back when you do that.

Wash it real good and place a generous amount of neosporin on top of it. Cover it with a bandaid over night. The next morning, squeeze it (it should be near the surface). Use a sterilized needle if need be and drain it. Wash thoroughly. Re-apply neosporin and bandaid each night. Should be gone in a couple of days.

1. Pop it. gross and painful but do it! It should go away fairly soon after you pop it.
2. Get some cover-up. They have a lot of different things at like your grocery store where you just get your skin tone and put it only on the pimple and simply blend it in.

What ever you do don't use toothpaste, it makes your skin too dry and will only make it worse, your skin would start peeling. Just put makeup over it.
