have you been exfoliating too much. this will cause small boil/pimple looking things.
heat rash?
too humid?
are your makeup brushes cleaned often?
allergy?
dropped acid lately? will cause them big time from the strychnine.
toilet paper and kleenex (and the like) have bits of wood in them. if you use them on your face, sometimes, the bits of wood will lodge in your skin.
a few things that it could be.

Do you use any kind of mask, exfoliant or scrub on your face? 3x a week. That will smooth it out.
