It depends what your looking for and how cheap is cheap. Charm is a reasonably priced jewlery store but Walmart also carries some decent pieces at okay prices. If all else fails try a pawnshop check in the yellow pages.

Check out any of the jewlery stores in the malls, and around the city. Downtown might have some second hand shops that would probably carry some.
