It really bothers me that in today's society, manners are more of an option than anything else.
So I have two questions for you. Why can't they mind their p's and q's and what thing that they (don't) do that really upsets you?

No one says "excuse me", "thank you" or "I'm sorry" anymore. Especially children. It is almost as if parents feel that common courtesy is too old fashioned.
