i also ripped the wire out?
and i've got an appointment in like 2 hours and dont want to look like a complete rebel.
anyway any advice?

I'd say your best off just going to your appt. and having the dentist fix it. Next time though, if a rubber band comes off..you can buy dental tools at cvs usually - there's one that looks like a hook (I think it's a tooth scraper or something like that)..you can use the hook to try to loop the rubber band onto the brackets. When I had braces I always had trouble with rubber bands snapping. I was able to always put them back on w/ my fingers but it was super tough. The hook tool should help out a lot. Good luck :-)

the orings arnt important or so my ortho said if they pop off dont worry about it it just helps the wire stay on and if one or 2 snap off no worry but as the other person said ive used the hook tool to put them back on if i catch em in time

my wire came out once when I wore braces. I think your orthodontist will understand as long as you don't show up without your wire and bands everytime.

I don't believe there is any way to fix this yourself. Please don't try. Just go in and say you got some hair caught in the wire, and you were frustrated.
Why so hard on your braces?
Have you been eating hard candy?
