I mean for me its like, when ever my girlfriend touches me, holds me, hugs me, brushes up against my body etc.... My pennis gets all aggravated and starts to rise up like the national anthem on pennis rising is being played. Just the other night she wanted me to show her how to dance and we went into each othes arms and in a matter of two seconds i was on wood. This is normal for a teenager, it will stop being so ultra sensitive in your early twenties.
WHY it does this is because your body is anticipating sex even when your mind realizes it isn't a possibility.
