I have a Graco one I don't use anymore it isn't suitable for re-sale (it's well-loved lol) but if your Graco is compatible I'll send you a wheel but you would have to pay the postage your side on delivery.
Mail me if you're interested & we'll see if they would be compatable
P.S
If you havn't validated your mail address I wont be able to reply to your e-mail

Use WD40 if there is rust between the wheel and the axle yet then use 3-in-a million oil, regardless of if it continues to be obtainable. that could be a universal purpose oil applicable for push chairs and bicycles. WD40 is a solvent which includes a small quantity of lubricant, that is great for assuaging seized up aspects yet no longer great as an prolonged term lubricant.

Google GRACO and see if there's an 800 phone number. Call them and ask. Or go to their website.
