Wow.
I am glad that there are atheists on this site, and other people who don't believe the way I believe.
I get to learn things from them. I get to exchange ideas. By engaging in debate, I get to widen my horizons and better define my own position.
You, on the other hand, wish to completely shut down voices of dissent. In your world, I would not be able to learn anything.
I don't really like your world.

Everyone has their opinion and they have no less right to express that if they do not share yours. Everyone is ignorant in some way and religion is an ignorant subject, because no one REALLY has proof of anything, just some books and their opinion. Although everyone would love to tell you otherwise.
So basically, all we are doing on the spirituality section of Yahoo Answers and many other parts too is spreading ignorance. Because we don't know. And no, I am not agnostic, I have my beliefs too, but that doesn't mean I am not willing to admit that no one, including myself, has any definite proof.

As it states both words, why dismiss and/or confuse one for the other? Perhaps it is just this attitude that draws people in to see the ignorance expressed here?
We are all spirit within...spirituality is a trait of all,..with or without religion.

I am on this site because I am allowed here. Yahoo is the only entity I have to answer to in order to stay here. Now do you mean "this topic", or are you going to stick with "this site"?
I am vaguely insulted by your comment. But not enough to care about your opinion.

There are many reasons nonreligious and nonspiritual people come here. Everyone wants to express their view and everyone has the right to.
I could turn the question around - Why are people that believe in god here? If you really believe in it, you will ask him these questions directly. It seems that you either don't really believe in it, or you are severely disrespecting it.

Does it matter, why are you offended by the presence of us? I dont get offended at your complete lack of tolerance and your overwhelming ignorance to the world. Open you eyes, you might see something and learn at the same time.

"Forget your trespassers, and transgressor". though you are right, I think some, perhaps are part of the Antichrist, and others Ate-hists, agnostics, Pagans, non-believers and Satanical worshipers trying to keep their self's faithful to their own God, The beast, Satan (Demon man), that pretty soon will be thrown into the bottom-less pit, and few others to begin taking orders from the dark Angel or prince of Darkness, better know as Evil.---Stay calm---Around 200 A.D., Tertullian wrote : .When pagans look at Christians, he noted they tend to say " See how they love one another"

Because the belief in the supernatural effects all our lives.
And besides, don't you like a good reason based argument? Which has proven to be priceless to me.
Don't let your frustrations rule your mental growth.

The same thing your doing? Reading and answering questions like this. Don't forget we've all Sinned and Fallen Short of He's Glory. We, as in myself and other who are believer's, just ask God to help us, and to keep us in his will and to keep his arms around us day to day and to keep us from all hurt ,harm, and danger. Do you ? That's my Pray everyday.
