DONT! If she is really in love with this guy, and she would like to be with him for the rest of her life, then CHEER HER ON! A True Love only come's once in a lifetime. If she thinks that she has a chance with this guy, then tell her to go for it! What does she have to lose? If you LOVE someone, you should tell them and say it out loud b-4 it's to late. I would tell her to stop fooling around and follow her heart! If it says, he's the man 4 her, then let her go for it!

Isn't it interesting that as humans we love and focus on someone we really don't know. I think it isn't your job to help her forget him. If she is her own woman, she will either go for him or get over it. Sounds to me like the talk about this is taking on a life of it's own. Check into reality girls.

well find how if she really loves him because she could be lusting over him and tell her if she wont go after him can u cause ur willing to take that step and if it would be alright cause if u just go and do it u will risk losing a friend and a friend is important as a man is to . so be wise and let it out to her and be a friend back to her and understand her and where she commin from well goodluck

Tell her that it may take a little time,a very little time to get over him.If she knows she's waisting her time, tell her she needs to move on and continue dating other guys.A crush is just that. It's not love,it should pass easily enough.

msboyd 593 is iether a psycologist, or this person has been through the same thing. She i s absolutely right, and there is also the possibility that if it goes all wrong, you might get blamed for sticking your nose in. Just be her friend, listen, and let it work itself out.

Honey.. there is nothing you can do to help her! When it comes to love, it is blind, unforgiving, hard, lonley, sporatic and at time completely crazy. She is goign to have to work this our for herself.
See you will not receive things that you are not willing to make happen yourself.
For instance, your girlfriend... .she prays to stop having feelings for him, she thinks, Lord why do I still feel this way. however she continues to long for him, continues to want him. When SHE says.... **** you dude, she will be able to let go. I am sure you know love can be hard and unforgiving.
The only thing you can actually offer here is your shoulder to cry on when she needs you!

Keep her busy until the right one comes along. Help her find a way to do fun things and stay busy so she isn't thinking about it. When the right guy comes along, she will be ready.

Beat her with a baseball bat! Beat her really really hard. Or you could just slap her... that wouldn't get you arrested.
