No. Eating fiber rich foods like fruits and vegetables in place of low fiber foods would help you lose weight, though. Fiber in real food helps you stay fuller longer and also keeps you regular.

Benefiber will help retain the water in your bowels which in turn will help you have softer stool. If you want to increase fiber naturally in your diet, add fruits and veggies and alot of water. That will help you lose weight.

that alone will not help you lose weight, no. but benefiber is a good way to add fiber to your diet :) and fiber also helps you feel "full" - so that may help you lose weight. but again - you've gotta do more than that :)

what i found to be better then benefiber, is Noni Fiber
