my janitor is complaing for making him wear a sign that says turd catcher i think its funny cause hes always unclogging toilets in our building im the manger is he being to sensitive i mean he is a turd catcher lol

Here's a sign for you. "Douche Bag Manager of the Year" . Its funny because its true. Don't be surprised if you find a turd in your chair and no janitor one day. A$$HOLE!! I'm a manager for the largest jewelry chain in North America. I don't believe anyone would ever respect you or your position with behavior like that.

I don't think he is being overly sensitive..I do not think you should MAKE him wear the sign.Trust me he knows he is the turd catcher and I am sure you are making him feel really good about his job...You should value that you have someone to get the turds out and you don't have to take time out from making rude signs to do it yourself.
