As Brett N said above - another thing that I suffered from was itchiness, espcially at night, because of high bile juice levels in my blood. There was blockage in the joint between the common bile duct and head of pancreas in my case. Lower back pain was alsa another symptom. Jaundiced color was also there.

Whipples procedure has taken care of the problem and almost 4 years on, I am back to normal life.

Wish you all the best!

Gastric cancer can be asymptomatic, or can present with vague symptoms such as weight loss, malaise, anaemia and loss of appetite. Gastric CA can also present with symptoms like an ulcer, or can bleed, and cause vomitting of blood (or blood products picked up incidentally in the stool).

The only certain way of diagnosing it is via endoscopy and biopsy.
