Unfortunately, you lose weight first where you put it on last. Try doing some oblique ab exercises. This will tone your tummy and make your waist look smaller.

use a weighted hoola hoop they are about 28 dollars and if you use it 20 min a day it will take 2 inches off waist in one - two months they say
