Head and shoulders No! To take care of your dandruff use T- Gel or Tea Tree. You are loosing hair cause of the dandruff. You need to scrub your hair well when washing w/ T-Gel or Tea Tree. Fallow the directions. You may want to layer you hair for some volume. Now this shampoo will not give you volume get the layer cut and get the kiwi root lifter @ a hair salon. The T- Gel at Walmart. Or Tea Tree @ hair salon. Good Luck

not with hair loss and as far as the dandrruf its possible, but ive heard it doesnt work that great. Vinegar over your hair will help (wash it out after) for dandrruf. As far as hairloss stay away from dying/ perming your hair. Use a good deep conditioner from paul mitchell once a week and a shampoo/ conditoner for dry hair by him about once every 2 days. Dont wash your hair daily, theres natural oils in it that help protect it. You might also want to go to a salon and get a strand test to check the health of your hair and ask them about the hair loss. Good luck

Head and Shoulders will help with dandruff but as a shampoo it can be pretty harsh. If you want thick hair with volume, only use Head &Shoulders every other day. Use another strengthening shampoo (like garnier long and strong) that is meant to benefit your hair. This shampoo doesn't fix hair loss, only dandruff.

Yes, Head and Shoulders is a very good shampoo. It will make your hair shiny and thick. I actually prefer it to regular shampoos. Selsun Salon is another good one. If you have a problem with itchy scalp, try Neutrogen T but not every time.

It is good for your scalp, remember this simple rule: shampoo is for your scalp, conditioner is for your hair. Unless the Head and Shoulder's has a built in conditioner, you should follow it up with a conditioner.

If your hair is a problem, contact a dermatologist or if that isnt the correct physician, they could refer you to the right one.
