It depends what kind of "not feeling well" you mean. If its period related, exercise can help. If you have a slight cold, you probably can exercise. If you have a serious cold or flu, it may only lower your resistance and make you feel worse. How about you just drink a ton of water, take your vitamins and take the day off to rest.

Yeah you could give that a try and see if it helps. Also you may need to change something in your diet or you may need some sort of herbal supplement

excersize is great but don't overdo it and make yourself feel worse, try doing a few of everything and increase your excersize a few more every few days . just don't excersize 2 hours before bedtime because it raises your metabolism and will make going to sleep more diffucult

No, you get right to bed young lady and drink lots of liquids. Also, try to stay away from solid heavy foods and stick to chicken broth....
