i have a 14 year old son and a 13 year old daughter,
when i married, we moved into my hubands home a 4 bedroom home...
one room for me and hubbie.
one room for hubbies computer stuff
one room for hubbies storage stuff
and last and smallest room for my kids to share (his stepkids)
i feel this is unfair and feel my kids should have their own rooms.
how would you handle this?
need advice...please and thank you

I would think that a 14 year old boy and the 13 year old girl should have seperate bedrooms. They both need their privacy at that age and beyond. Maybe the computer stuff and the storage stuff could be combined neatly into one room. This way the boy and the girl could have their own rooms, and their own privacy. Kids that age I would think need their own rooms & privacy for that matter.

I would come straight out and tell your husband that it is not a healthy environment for 2 teenage siblings of the opposite sex to share a bedroom. Each need their privacy when they are getting changed, coming from the shower, waking up in the morning, etc.

Offer to help organize and clean your husbands storage and computer stuff so that it can be nice & tidy in 1 room.
