is some kind of procedure where they hook up something to your tummy and it makes your muscles retract and it burns calories
i was watching 10 years younger the other day and they did it for a women who had 3 kids to tone her tummy . i cant remember what it was called. i was also wondering how well it works . and where you would go to get it done. how much it cost and how often you would need to do it to see results?

well she just layed there and the women who preformed the procedure told her it would burn 700 calories. she said she could feel it but it did not hurt..

yes i heard of it. i even have one tho i can't remember where i got it. neither my daughter nor i saw any results from it tho. best solution is flat on your back leg lifts

I haven't seen this machine, but I would guess that if it's the machine that's making the muscles contract, then calories are not being burned. I would be highly suspicious of any machine (or diet pill for that matter) that 'successfully' takes away tummy flab. The best you could hope for would be short term results... but most people want long term results. For that, there is no substitute for eating well and getting lots of exercise.

There was a company in Australia flogging this stuff on TV.
They had reputable scientists test its worthiness,and they found that it was less than useless in burning calories and toning your muscles.

It is a device that sends impulses to the muscle group it is attatched to, forcing it to contract and expand. it is exercise, without your conscious effort. It can be somewhat uncomfortable though, from the reposts of some of my friends.
