A cat.
Not a street cat, but a cat owned by a really good cat owner, not one of those crazy cat ladies you see on the news either. I would eat and sleep, then have a snack and take a nap and when I wanted to play or cuddle I would inform my resident bi-ped. Life would be grand. Except for not having opposable thumbs.

Seriously, though, I want to be a dude next time around. Just to see what it's like. If I had my choice, I'd like to be born a middle class Parisian with an artistic streak and a fragile ego. I think it would be a pretty interesting life.

Honeslty, another person. I would want to be a dog, but they have not control over their lives. As a human I would have the same control that I have now.

I do believe in reincarnation, but I believe that you start out as lower things and graduate to human. After you graduate to human, you don't come back as lower life forms you only come back as human, until you complete all of your lessons and quit coming back, then you return to god.
