Squats, frog squats on a stability ball, cycling, In the gym the butt blaster is a great machine. Also walk backwards!

Well I'm sure you'll get all kinds of responses to this one ;-) But there is one simple one that you can do throughout the day that really works. Tighten butt muscles and release. Hold for count of ten release etc... You can do this while sitting watching TV, at work behind desk, while driving etc... believe me after while all will shape up nicely.

Squats with weights. Then walk or jog on the treadmill on an incline for 20 minutes. Then use the eliptical machine for 20 minutes, on an incline, and "pedal" backwards.

I am sure there are..but your best bet is to just invest in some really yummy cookies and enjoy!

Even easier still..you can buy some of those fanny padded panties..that add a bit of some without the work.
