I have included my children and they are all teens now I am interested in finding a hobby for myself any good ideas

Kind of an ambiguous question...
I'd say she'd spend her time most wisely by involving her children in her daily routine, teaching them how to perform basic household chores. This will eventually allow them to perform minor housework without her supervision, freeing her to do more involved chores as well as giving her more time to pursue personal interests. It also sets the stage for her children to become independent, functional adults.
