Well, like Clorox bleach will make your hair just break off, there's probably some special bleach though.

Most hair dyes do contain some bleach, yes. But it is way diluted. You can't just pour household bleach on your head. It would burn your scalp. You would run the risk of getting it in your eyes and mouth and on you skin. You definitely don't want a bleach burn.

Bleach kills everything it touches... so if you want to kill your hair go for it. Also, would worry about long time effects of chemicals like that on your life.
Think about your skin. Think about a drop going into your eye and blinding you. Think about people who wear patch for birth control or to stop smoking. If you can absorb medicine in the form of a patch into your body through the skin, maybe you could absorb bleach into your body from your skin on your head.
Highly suggest not using this form of hair tinting.

You can bleach your hair with regular bleach but its not a good thing to do

Sure, you can bleach your hair with regular bleach, but it isn't good for your hair. It's safer to just buy regular hair coloring products which are formulated to be healthier for your hair.
