I'm bored and don't cook as often as I should and happen to be lazy since I work full-time then go home to my 5-month old, which is another full time job.

Any easy meal suggestions that are good?

Thanks!

cook some pasta according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, take a big bunch of your favourite fresh herbs, I use parsley, coriander and basil, put these herbs in a blender (food processor) along with a generous glug of olive oil, some raw garlic (or not if you don't like garlic) and some spring onions, blitz this all down to a smooth paste then season to taste with salt and pepper. Finely grate some Parmesan cheese and add this to the herb mix. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add a dash of olive oil to make it glossy, then pour over the herb sauce, serve with crusty bread, delicious. You could also add some crispy bacon before serving.

Bowtie pasta, mild and hot Italian sausage, Classico sausage spaghetti sauce, grated parmesan cheese. Real easy to make ahead and it is also great for large crowds. Without the pasts, it makes a great sandwich on Italian bread with sauted bell pepper and onion.
