Some times the message is u need to d/l winsock2 .....and i cant access programs working on internet,.
Right now am writing from another comp.
Can u help me?

I think I had that problem years ago. I had a virus which overwrote a program and stopped everything from working. My first guess is you got a virus.
Get rid of the viruses and you may need to update your program.

reset your tcp/ip stack

XP sp1, windows 2000 and others are more complicated to reset
