I have gotten amazing results from just working out to this video called Buns of steal! Don't worry and any how think about what the boys like! They usually like big buts and a big breast! Whatever you do don't tell yourself your fat or you'll be more depressed and you will eat more! I know cause I have that promblem and Another hint exercise with a friend, because it's more fun when you have a friend around ! also try a sport ur good at and is fun and you'll have that small but in no time!

I completely understand what you are saying, I used to be the same way! The best excercise I have ever done for my butt is squats. It's not too strenuous and is completely effective. I really don't like working out and was able to do these. I think God meant for some of us to have plump booties! ha ha! Good luck to you and I'm sure your butt is not as big as you think!

Exercise is the best thing for shedding the pounds! I find cycling excellent and also investing in a small trampet is a brill way for burning of calories whilst hardly doing anything!

1. do the same movement u do when about to sit on a chair just make sure that u keep ur back straight and tummy in the whole time, ur upper legs should get to a 90˙ angle with your lower legs before coming back up to a straight standing position, go up and down like that and repeat 20-30 times, you should feel the stress on your upper legs.....
2. stand behind a chail holding its back (just for balance, dont put any of your body weight on the chair) take your right leg, flex your foot and take the leg bag (still with the flexed foot) until it is approx 10 inches of the floor then bring it back down and back up and so on, do it 15-20 times and repeat with other leg, just keep your foot flexed the whole time cos if you dont its not worth it!!
3. neel on the floor on four (yes, like a dog) keeping your back straight and tummy in with your legs still bent lift it up (like how a dog pees) and bring it back down, about 30 times and repeat with other leg, it is quite a hard one but just dont think about the stress...
4.lie on your back (i find this exercise much more easy with my eyes closed) sqeeze your bottom and hold for 5 secs, release and after 2 seconds sqeeze again for 5 secs, relax for 2 secs and sqeeze again for 5 secs do this about 30 times and just before finishing the exercise sqeeze and release rappidly, aim for a numbing 50!!
I have so much more but it is so hard to explain in writing, wish i could show u!! Good luck....

works and you can feel the burn!!!:

place hands on the floor sholder width apart. place bent knees on the floor about 2 feet behind your hands. raise ONE foot straight in the air and bring in back to the floor. repeat this 10 times on each leg for 5 reps. HOPE THIS HELPS!

Horse riding is very good for your butt and thighs as you use muscles you don't normally use.
Another good (free) exercise is to clench your buttock muscles for 3 seconds and release, do this as often as you can and it also helps.
