I was born in St. Pete, and raised there till I was 18. Then I moved to Michigan. I think that we are friendly and considerate people. From what I've heard St. Pete isn't what it use to be 10 years ago, but then again everything and everyone changes!

NO WAY...
I moved her from Houston 11 years ago, and I remember feeling that EVERYONE here was sooooooo unfriendly. Like many New Yorkers, people here didn't smile, and if you did to them, they thought something was wrong with you or that you wanted something. There's a sense of "I'm better than you" in the air...and definately a hint of predjudice... (Maybe due to the much older demographic here in Palm Beach County where I live...so I suppose that's to be expected).
Southern hospitality doesn't reside here...Houston is a MUCH friendlier city...Texas is a MUCH friendlier state!
The best thing this state has going for it are beautiful beaches, an abundance of palm trees and sunshine...i.e. paridise....and a lot of folks are willing to sacrifice treatment to dwell among the land of bikinis!
This unfriendliness is due to the influx of tourists rather than natives I'm told...needless to say, Fla's attitude sometimes sucks!

I live on Fort Laudedale and the rusents, nastiest people in the world live here. Miami was recently named the rudest city as far as drivers go.

And I bet you think all people from New York are jerks right? What a stereotypical question. It has millions of people, they can't all be nice. And I'm from Indiana. Am I nice?

No. That's not true about anywhere. People are different from one house to the next, one town to the next. There are nice people everywhere and @ssh*l#s everywhere.
