Continental lists a number of flights from Newark, NJ to San Juan. All of them are about 4 hours, +/- 10 minutes (probably due to scheduling/time of day).

That depends on where you're flying from and if there are any layovers and if the plane crashes and then you have to swim and if you don't know how to swim then it might take longer. And let's hope that a shark don't eat you. You need to read and then re-read your question before you submit it!
