take a photo of yourself in your underwear, stick it on the fridge next to a picture of a celebrity who you think has a stunning figure.
Also eat in your underwear so as your eating that fat you can stare at the fat you've got already!

I find that it is always easier to do something with a friend. Find someone who wants to start working out and go with them. You have a certain amount of accountability when you do it this way. Not doing it would let the other person down. Or, if you can afford it,get a personal trainer. That person will help you start with a reasonable amount of workout routines designed to help you loose weight or buff up without getting get so sore.I just started working out myself. Take a good look at the beautiful clothes in the shops this summer. Go through all the beautiful fashion catalog. look at all the ladies your age, don't you just feel like their Mama!. Take a picture of your back view in your- would like to wear - favorite wear and another back view of someone wearing something similar, in the proportion you would like to be, enlarge it and paste them on the wall in front of your bed. Then learn about calories, their effect and how it can kill one slowly ..... They say Knowledge is power it would surely empower you to get off your butt!

Get involved in a martial art. Learning to defend yourself is fun and can be great exercise. After a while it will motivate you to involve yourself in other types of exercise.

Yes i have the same problem, i just go to the gym, and jump on a machine, and keep telling myself,.. ok a few more mins, and Im done, and before I know it, its been 30 mins....
