today i discovered that my boyfriend younger 5 years than me!!! i shocked i thought that he's younger by just 1 1/2 year not all that years,,i love him so much and he loves me too and he wants to marry me and i hope so,,but i dont know what's his family's opinion will be about that or shouldn't tell them?and is this will effecting in our marriage by the time?pls tell me what to do?????

Age is really only a big deal if he's 14 and your 19. If you're to mature adults, it doesn't matter. Be honest with both of your families about the age gap. Express your concern to your boyfriend. If you guy's family really want him to be happy, and you make him happy, then it'll be fine. It might catch them off guard at first but hopefully they're open-minded. Good luck!

I don't think there is any thing wrong on your part. I f you are leaving in the western society then it is the ideal match. Scientifically there should be always a gap of 5 yrs. Husband should be younger then wife. This will be realised by you when you will reach 45yrs. If your family members are conservative then don't disclose the age of your boy friend. If you are really in true love then no body can obstruct your marriage YOU MUST MARRY YOUR BOY FRIEND

I have a serious concern that a relationship could get serious enough for him to want to marry you and you not know what his actual age was. You need to step back from this situation and really give some thought to if this is the right relationship for you and how a simple fact like this could have gotten over looked if you have such a wonderful relationship and so much love for each other.

Well this depends on your age I guess. My husband is almost five years younger than me... for two weeks we are only four years apart.... like I said though this will largely depend on your age. I was 30 when me and my love got together so no a big deal...if you are 20 and he is 15 then you have a problem...

you should do what you feel! if he lied then he lied.. .a lie is a lie, no matter how big or small.
Is this something that you can deal with?... do you trust him?.. what has changed since you found out?... do you think he will lie again? Do you honestly care what his family thinks? Will he be a good provider for you and yours. Age is nothing but a number, but if it has affected you that much.
Talk to him about him... don't get married with an unsure heart...

Are you a mathematician or an accountant?. The number is not every thing. The question is if he lied to you, you might have to think that you will give him another chance or not. It's serious coz he broke your trust. Ground him for a month or so. And make him clearly if he does it again, it might be years.

continue with the relationship!! if u love him,he loves u...then nothing can go wrong between u guys..not even age! age difference is nothing!! look at cahterine zeta-jones and her husband michael douglas, theyre like what? 11 years age diff? but thier marriage still strong! and tell the parents bout the age! im sure they understand..this is his son we're talking bout! if the son is happy, so will the parents! :D (it wont effect your marriage...y do u think it will?)

Is he legal? If he is legal, who care's how much younger he is than you. Does it honestly make a difference? Who gives a damn what anybody else thinks. If you love eachother then go for it (if he is legal if not wait till he is then go for it). His family will get over it, and if they don't to hell with them. I hope this helps.

Depending on your ages, 5 years difference is nothing. As youngsters it can seem vast. But as adults it's no problem.
Keep in mind that normally women outlive men. So you have that in your favor. Also it should not matter to parents. I dont expect they'll be interested in your birth certificate. Please dont allow it to concern you. Enjoy each other, and dont consider his youth as a concern. Age is nothing but a simple number. I'm sure you werent aware, because it dint occur to him to be a problem.......and it is NOT. So please be comfortable with it.
