No she has a kidney infection which is causing an acid build up in her urine you need to see the vet and get her an antiobiotic

All dog urine does kill grass. A female's urine is stronger than a male's so the problem is worse.

No, her urine is the same, but she will be peeing much more frequently, so there is more of it.
Urine does kill grass, whether it is people's or dog's.

(female and male urine is the same, but males spread it more, while females do it in one piddle)
