Hmm ok well bit of an odd question, but...

I used to be weak as a kid - my brother used to beat up on me a lot. And then I grew, and started doing weights - not much, but a little. Try starting with press ups - do 10, then rest for 30 seconds, then 10 more, then rest for 30 seconds, then last 10. As these get easier, do more - or if too hard, do less.

Do some running - it will build up your leg muscles. Aim to be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping, at least 3 times a week.

Do some sit ups - same regime as for press ups.

Practice stretching - this will help your muscles be more supple and grow a little.

The important thing to remember is that size does not equal strength. Look at Bruce Lee - he wasn't huge, but was very strong, and a great fighter.

As for fighting - practice your balance - stand on one leg for 10 seconds, then the other, then for longer, and vary how you stand - othe rleg in front, behind, to the side.

Once you've developed your balance a bit, look for your natural stance - try standing with your feet shoulders width apart, and with one leg twice that distance in front of the other. Bend your front leg at the knee, and keep your back leg straight. Practice walking from one way to the other like this, whilst keeping both feet as close to the floor as possible. This will build up your ability to move from fighting stance to fighting stance. Stance will help you keep your balance and add more power to defense and attack moves.

Once you've got balance and stance sorted, start practicing punching by doing the stance/walk, and punching with the same hand as the leg that is moving forwards. This is a pretty hard punch as, when done right, it will throw all your weight behind it.

Basically it all takes time, but if you start with balance, general fitness, and stance, everything else will follow.

But don't fight, its not worth it.

If you want further advise, feel free to mail me.

And seriously think about joining a self defence club. The best fighters I know don't fight a lot, they have discipline, and will only fight when it is really needed.

well it's not easy being an athlete but i'd try this routine. first meal have a full fry up and some cakes, repeat at lunchtime this time swapping the cakes for a lower fat alternative like scones. for dinner get to the chippy and a couple of suppers should stand you in good stead for the long walk home, try a couple no more than a couple, rome wasn't built in a day, of sit ups before bedtime. repeat for minimum of three months and on the third month introduce a three am meal to help you ' bulk up '. complete the course and what will have happened is that you will be so scared to go outside for fear of ridicule that you will hide away in your house never venturing out, in turn negating the need for fighting. give the course a whirl i hope it brings you much success

I get the impression that you are being bullied, & you want to resolve the issue by fighting back. I was bullied when I was younger, & it continued all through school, and into my young adult life. It never stopped until I started to get some self-esteem, & I am still living with the baggage 40 years later. Why don't you want to join a club? Where I lived there were no karate or judo clubs available to me until I was much older. Now there are plenty. When my two favorite neices now aged 12 & 15 started getting picked on in school, they joined a martial arts club and each of them hold 2nd degree black belts today. They don't get in fights with anybody, and as far as I know, they arn't being picked on either. They have a huge circle of friends both inside & out of the club. The oldest neice is now a Warrant Officer in the Army Cadets, and has a promising carreer ahead of her in the Canadian Armed Forces if she chooses to go on with it. I attribute her success in the Army Cadets largely to the self-confidence she has earned with her martial arts club.
Give joining a club a shot, it can't hurt as much as going into a fight without any skills.

Go up to a night club bouncer and shout rude names at him, insult his mother etc. Repeat this daily and you will soon gain the experience you desire.

Seriously though, why can't you join a club? Sounds like joining a good Karate dojo would be right up your street.

first thing is dont be afrid of being hit coz most of the time it doesnt hurt, when you need to fight thing of the one thing in your past that makes you the maddest then just hit out, shadow boxing is good you will learn what feels right and what doesnt, and just start off with light weight training then build up over time, all the best

Must you fight? The fights these days are intellectually minded. You could keep fit of course with regular exercises but develop your mind more. Read and think! Ideas rule.

You really need to spar with someone. To get good at anything you need experience. Although I have seen alot of natural fighters. If you need tips kid just ask me I can deliver. Should start my own Gym!!! I could produce world class fighters! No Doubt!!!!!!!!!!!!
