Try your evening runs BEFORE you evening meal.
It's the same rule as no swimming for 1/2 hour after eating.
And don't guzzle water.....drink it in small amounts. That'll help also.

maybe because you ate too soon before running?

I would just run in the mornings. maybe you need to stretch better before running in the evenings.

try eating moe potassium. bananas. they are supposta help with cramps and charlie horses.
