Use the "polygonal lasso tool" and click all the way around your face to select it. Then click "copy" or use hotkey ctrl+C and then paste it onto the other picture using hotkey ctrl+V or clicking "paste". Once it is on the other picture click on one of the corners of the selection and drag in any direction to resize it. Enjoy!

You dont need photoshop to do that. You could use paint if you wanted to. All you need to do is this:
Copy the pic.
Paste it into paint.
Put ur pic in the same document.
Then select the part uv ur pic that u want.
Drag it over the other pic.
Erase everything left that you dont want.
Select the result and copy it.
Then paste it where you want it.

It sounds like a lot, but it's not.

First of all, learn how to spell "badly". You don't have to use photoshop for that! Read my whole answer before you disbelieve me. This really works!!! Cut your picture exactly on the lines, paste oit on the other picture, and copy that over and over until it looks real! I've done it before and IT WORKS!!!
