i recently felt lyk jumping infront of a car coz i felt so stressed...what should i do?
i threw myself down the stairs last week...

First of all, you are not the only one who has felt like this.

Physical pain creates a distraction from what is really hurting you. Obviously, you are very stressed but you don't have to stay that way. You are dealing with some obsessive (thinking) and compulsive (behaving) issues in addition to probably some anxiety and depression. Instead of drinking or drugs or other forms of escape (or maybe in addition to these) you have somehow come up with the idea or knowledge that self harm will calm and make you feel better. Unfortunately, this only lasts a little while and it doesn't solve the real problem.

Please go see a professional counselor and perhaps doctor who can help you. The long term consequences may be significant if you don't. Just know that you are not alone and others have come before you who have successfully dealt with these feelings and behaviors and have overcome them.

You need help and now! You need to contact the Behavioral Health system in your area. Explain how you are feeling and let them assist you. You may have to be placed in a hospital for a short stay, And placed on medications But in the long run You come out a winner.

you need to talk to someone asap either your doctor minister/school and get some help.another resource is your mentalhealth center. sounds like you have alot on your plate that is stressing you out so bad.but its not worth
killing yourself for. once you get the help you need life will improve and you will be glad you didn't jump infront of that car or hurt yourself. there are alot of good things out tthere. take care and get some help!!!

Please see your doctor and ask him to refer you to a counselor or a psychologist so that you can get these urges taken care of so they don't happen again. Physical harm especially jumping in front of a car can kill you and the more you harm yourself the more likely you are to think about or try to commit suicide. You need to see your doctor immediately so that he can get you the help you need.

You need to take yoga immediately. Or Aikido or Judo. You need a physical practice involving your body. Your life is out of control. Get a talk therapist, too. And enroll in yoga or aikido. Go to class as many days as you can. You can learn to respect your body and not want to injure it. Value it.

I used to hurt myself all the time and have the scars to prove it. I did it because I thought it felt better to feel physical pain rather than emotional pain. Find out what is causing your emotional pain and you probably won't want to hurt yourself anymore. At least that is what happened to me.

nice try last time. i suggest you try the car thing. or jump off a tall building. or just become a coked out hook er . oh, you could try filling your mouth with shotgun and putting your toe on the trigger!

it means you are suffering from mental pain and the only way to release it is to hurt yourself physically. seriously, have a chat with a doctor.
