Food is your own choice. Its up to you what kind of food you should eat at what time. But, most of the times, one's own choice can be proved wrong. You should not always eat junk food or non vegetarian food. You must eat vegetarian food. And if you are a young person, listen to your parents, what they want you to eat. Because they've experienced life better than you.

Anything green, Cabbage, Lettuce, Spinach, Brocoilli. Etc.
Recently for lunch I had brown rice toppedwith tomato and chesses and a side of broccoli. I get it from Ruby Tuesdays. Its really good.

veggies cause junk food has LOADS of calories and it will rot ur teeth at sum cases.u also get fat eating junk food

well, u wana be healthy and get all the foods u need, u need some bread and meat and dairy and veggies and fruits , so i reacamon three meals a day. first meal- ceral wit banannas and milk second meal- sandwich with lettece and tomaters and turkey or ham and no manonaise! last meal- pasta with tomater sauce- (ragu) and a side of bread.
