Fast. Less than 1 minute if I'm tired.
Slow. More than 90 minutes if I'm fit.
But it doesn't mean with my movement. It can be both slow and fast within the play.
I can even just lay down and not moving at all, but still having a good e-j-a-c-u-l-a-t-i-o-n.
Mood doesn't do anything with my speed or time to finish.
My brain is controlling my mood, not vice versa.
The most important, I always enjoy it anyway.

Good at both. Wether it's fast and hard and long lasting,. or slow and easy and long lasting. Depends on the mood and the partners wishes !

Being as I'm 59, it takes alot longer to c*m than it used to. This is an advantage since the woman is usually slower to reach arousal. I prefer slow leisurely lovemaking.
