:-D lol, It's natural. Simply asking for the application is marking yourself as a prospect. It puts you "under the microscope". One gets self conscious, nervous, etc. Don't sweat it too much. Try and look at it with the attitude: "I'm here to demonstrate how nobody's better for the job than me" Even the kid giving out the applications had to walk up and ask for one himself. Try 2 remember that, and it'll make things less nerve wracking.
