I need professional help. I eat a lot! But i dont get fat, i want to get fat. Help please

you WANT to get fat???? Ok then! It would be really easy for me. Just eat more, and eat your favorite dessert all the time. Eat what you want! And remember to eat 3 square meals a day on time every day. No skipping meals. I have a friend who is really skinny because she skips meals alot. Make yourself a schedule and STICK TO IT!

actually getting fat is not so difficult. u have to eat food which has a high fat and carbohydrate content rather than protein food like fish. Have pizza and coke more often cause they have high fats. Butter , has the highest amount of fatness. Have lots and lots of potatoes , if the are fried better. Because potatoes have the highest carbohydrate content. and u can also eat meat, pork, chicken, ice creams, turkey ,etc. because they also have high fat fat contents. and yeah try to have a glass of water immediately after every meal.

but personally, i would advise you not to get fat because fat people are prone to the world's most dangerous diseases like ulcer, diabetes, heart diseases and many more.

Be creative; instead of bread for sandwiches, use Pop-Tarts.

Instead of gum, chew bacon.

And remember, if you're not sure about something, just rub it on a paper towel; if you can see thru it, it's your window to weight gain.

have u checked your thyroid? couldn't put on pregnancy weight because of that,it was to active,which was speeding my metabolism.
