There really is not a normal weight, it's all about how your body frame is shaped. I stand 5' 10" and used to weighed 160 lbs everyone I know told me I was to skinny. Now, I weigh 200 pounds after having 2 children and everyone tells me I look so much better and constantly ask what I have done to look so good?

Depends on one's bone structure. But around 185-205 lbs.probably. A more muscled person would weigh a bit more.

6 1 means 182cm so according to BMI the ideal weight should be
less than 83 kgs more than it is overweight

depends on age, but 185-205...
also, weight alone isn't an indication of health. need to factor in body fat composition.
google for "BMI"
