Some of us say that the driver going straight ALWAYS has right-of-way, others say first to the sign gets to go first.

depends on the state your in, but I believe it's who stops first can go first.

First to the sign gets to go first. If all come to the sign at the same time, then it's right turns, straight, and then left turns usually.

depends on your state laws... usually, it is either the one who arrives/stops first, or the car on the right...

1st vehicle to the intersection has right of way...if arrived at same time then the vehicle on right has the right of way....if neither is to the right then vehicle going straight ahead has right of way.
