I AM A GERIATRIC PSYCH. NURSE AND LET ME TELL YOU, WE NEED MORE OF ME. IN MY FIELD, THERE ARE SO FEW. MOST NURSES THESE DAYS WANT TO SPECIALIZE AND GO INTO A SPECIFIC FIELD, PROBLEM IS, YOU SOMETIMES END UP BEING THE ONLY ONE IN YOUR BUILDING. I TAKE CARE OF 40 PATIENTS ON ONE FLOOR. SOMETIMES I AM ASKED TO DO 2 FLOORS ON THE SAME SHIFT. IT ISN'T EASY. HOWEVER, IT IS REWARDING TO ME ANYWAY. AND THE MONEY'S GOOD! IF I'M LUCKY. I GET 2 CNAS
