The Bible doesn't say that Jesus was in any "school" when He was a child. The only time any part of His childhood is talked about is when He was 12 and came to Jerusalem to celebrate the Passover. When the celebration was over, Jesus' parents left without him (supposing He was with relatives). When Mary and Joseph went back to look for Jesus, they found Him at the Temple in Jerusalem listening/discussing/questioning about things found in the Old Testament. After that, nothing else is mentioned about His childhood.

The assumption from Luke 2:47 ("Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers.") is that the Jewish teachers were astonished both because Jesus was so young while doing these things and because His answers showed great insight and understanding.

If this assumption is correct, then Jesus never went to any "school" to learn what He knew. Instead, He had such a complete and open relationship with God that God taught Him directly and gave Him understanding of "all things God" directly.

No school at that time could ever had taught Jesus everything we find in the New Testament.
