Tired of the same ol' burgers and meatloafs..thanks for your input!

2 eggs, beaten, 1 can(12oz)evap. milk, 2cup quick-cooking oats,
1cup fine chopped onion, 2tsp salt,2tsp chili powder,1/2tspgarlic powder,1/2tsp pepper,3Pd's ground beef 1 jar marinara sauce.
in a lg bowl, combine the 1st 8 ingredients.mix with beef well. shape into1in. balls. place in 3 greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in. baking dishes.pour the sauce over the meatballs. bake uncovered at 325 for1hr. or until meat is no longer pink
I like making sub sandwiches. Just put your favourite cheese on the sub roll and top with meatballs and any other toppings you like. serve with chips or fries.

A REALLY simple idea is to take about 2 boxes of good 'ol mac & cheese (already prepared), add your cooked ground beef, and some salsa. Mix it all together, and top with cheese, and bake.

Make tacos but add a can of pinto beans, too. Yummy and a budget strecher.

go to www.kraftfoods.com. you can see about 300 or so recipes for ground beef. it also lets you customize the recipe to the amount of meat you have,
