ok...there is a woman called Diamanda Galas... i think that is the correct spelling....sings in hebrew, italian tongues and english... she does several songs were she reputes to be talking in tongues... i saw her live once...it was sold out.... scared me shitttless... if you run a check on her on the net there is loads of stuff.... e.g
