They would arrive in a mushy mess unless you find some way to keep them cold (like dry ice) during the shipping.
Sorry!
If it means that much to him, why don't you solicit someone from the area to buy and deliver them to his door, for a fee?
Otherwise, just send him some waffle mix and a waffle maker of his own!

I think they will be nasty by the time he gets them. Although I guess it's possible for you to send them Federal Express or something. You might want to call and ask Federal Express or the Post Office if there are any options for frozen foods. We are stationed in Germany, there are certain foods we miss from the States, but so far we haven't figured out how to get the perishable ones shipped over.

I think you can because of all the preservatives. The only problem could be that they would stick together. I would saran wrap like 4 waffles together and just keep doing that to all of them and then put them in the box to ship. Ship priority mail or some other faster service.

I hope this helps you.

i wouldn't put them back in the freezer if they have been thawed, might give them a bad taste. maybe, make some cookies at least those don't have to be frozen.

you can't refreeze them. however, you can ship them through UPS with dry ice. that should keep them frozen.
