like a friend with respect no more no less dont laugh and dont critize because you may find yourself in that position one day as humans things happens because of many reasons such as illness and maybe he could not hold it so treat that person the same way you would want to be treated

There are many answers to this question.

If the poo'er is a child, help them clean up and do not scold them, accidents do happen.

If the person is mentally or physically disabled, help them clean up and do not scold them.

If it is a friend and they are drunk---find yourself a polaroid camera and capture that moment for posterity.

Just make sure they take a shower, and change their underwear and pants. O_x. Then treat them like a normal person. :D

If adult: take em to get cleaned up if they need a ride and try to not dwell on it
If a child say accidents happen get em cleaned up and let em go back to what they were doing

You shouldn't treat them differently than you usually do. Just because they had an accident, doesn't mean that they are any less of a person

Take him to the bathroom. Remove his pants. Ask him to bend forward with his spoiled thing facing you then you flush it off with water. Give him a tissue to wipe off his clean thingy.

If it was an accident. Then don't act any differently toward them. I'm sure they're humilliated enough over the incident.

If it was an adult let them deal with the situation

If it is a child, clear it up with as little fuss as possible - whilst being reassuring
