i tried to call her but some times she will not pick up the phone, she is not responding a positieve way, how i can read her mind to know she likes me or not

What does your wife think about this? Does she know? How would you feel if she was going out of her way, calling, or being secretive about making friendships with men?
Are you honoring and respecting the marriage? Grow up, or have you forgotten that you made vows? Seriously, grow up.

You can't read a woman's mind - it's impossible.
Try asking yourself why you need to phone another girl when you are married. She obviously does not wish to speak to you and you risk seriously hurting your wife.
If you were my husband, and you phoned other girls, you would not be my husband for much longer.
