at this moment renounce in mind everything.
from now onwards think that everything that happens to you(both good and bad) is god driven.
practice this continously.
for some people it may take minutes and some others it may take few lives to attain this state.
Remember our soul is not the edible item in the vessel to be roated.
the soul is covered by a blanket.if the blanket is removed the soul is free from misery and joy

Deep breathing, knowing who you are, what you can and cannot to do to affect change and realize that for the most part chaos and conflict will always be around you, just don't let it prevail. Get the book by Barbara DeAngelis called "Real Moments" that's the whole book, live in the now you can't do anything about the then or the to come! Now Breathe!

There are seven values and virtues of the present which I have defined to enable people to stay in the present and be completely aligned.
Respect I am aware of this moment and value what I see
Honesty My word is my bond
Consistency I am committed to doing the best I can
Enthusiasm I am inspired this moment to do the best I can
Compassion I feel your emotions
Cheerfulness I love life
Wisdom I love myself
Because people get so easily distracted in the past and the future, I have infused these virtues in all the new covenants. All the best

Have a positive attitude, be yourself and know your strengths and weaknesses. That will take care of a lot. However, there is no way to avoid conflicts altogether. Some will come your way and then your response will show who is Master.
We don't live in a perfect world, but each of us can make the world we live in a little bit more perfect every day.

I don't know if we can ever stay free from chaos and conflict, but we can have peace through the storms. Peace comes the assurance that God is in control and NO weapon formed against you shall prosper.

If you are speaking of inner peace, you can pray that God grant you His gift of peace and grace but outwardly, there will always be chaos and conflicts in this life. Prayer can help you to rise above it with inner peace despite the outer chaos.

Chaos and conflict are not entirely bad things, you know; you can gain a lot of insight and strength from getting through difficulties rather than avoiding them.
Just a thought.

it's hard to stay out of chaos as it is always aroud you. you can feel present in all situations by always reminding yourself to remain present. as far as conflict goes, don't start any, and don't participate. your only other option is to become a monk.

If you are in a crowd and are afraid to speak your mind than you need to find people you can be more confortable with. Speak your mind and be true to yourself not someone else, and who cares if you piss someone off or you don't agree with what they are saying. You are just speaking your mind. Everyone is intitled to their own opinion. Straighten up that back bone of yours and stand your ground on things you really feel strong about.
