i am a grandmother and a carer ,and at home most off the time,my house seems to be falling down on me my garden is a mess i am just fed up

Wow, I know the feeling. Today is a rare day off and let's see. My grass needs cutting, Air Conditioner upstairs is not working and I need to get in the attic before it gets too hot and check it out... plus lots of other little and big projects since we moved in 60 days ago. All this and I am sitting here.

The worst part for me is that I have a new 34' boat that also needs cleaning and it is more fun, and a Harley that wants to be exercised.

I think I may have cluttered my life... lol. Could it be as we get older we keep trying to fill holes in our life with stuff that makes our life more and more high maintenance?

I find that I must just stop and break all the things that must get done into little parts and just checking them off one at a time, and rewarding myself with fun things in between. I am sure those grand kids are part of your fun... so take time.

As far as a chat place for answers, I am not sure that exists unless you are looking for advice on how to fix it. Feel free to email me if you want to talk.
