get some charcoal and mesquite wood and lighter fluid and there u go

I think the best BBQ's that we've ever had at my house were the one where it was "pot-luck". My mom would pull out the address book and send out invites to friends and family. Every one of my aunts is known for a signature dish and that's what they'd bring. My dad would fire up the grill and make BBQ chicken and burgers and hot dogs. An uncle would grab the kegs and we would just wing it from there. Music blasting and the kids in the pool and running around and it would just never end.....

they have these neat bbq starters that are liek a metal cylinaer thing u add coals on top newspaper on bottom and no lighter fluid it makes coals ready in less tehn ten minutes
